b) Item Information You Enter Manually

You choose what information to add.

Automatically collected for app performance:

📌 We do not access your camera, photos, files, contacts, microphone, SMS, or location.

• Store and display the items you enter
• Send reminder notifications based on dates you set

Data is securely stored in Google Firebase (Authentication & Firestore).
We follow reasonable security safeguards to protect your information.

4️⃣ Third-Party Services We Use

To maintain and improve functionality, we use:

• Firebase — login authentication and data storage
• Firebase Analytics — anonymized usage analytics
• Sentry — crash/error reporting

These services may collect anonymized technical identifiers but not personal sensitive content.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

5️⃣ Notifications

Reminder notifications run locally on your device based on the dates you entered.
You can disable notifications in your device settings anytime.

6️⃣ Data Retention & Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time:

Once requested:

• All items linked to your account are deleted from our database
• Authentication identity is removed
• Crash/analytics logs may remain temporarily, but will not be linked to your identity

Deletion is processed immediately.

7️⃣ Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under age 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8️⃣ International Users

Your data may be processed in regions outside your country.
We ensure appropriate protection in accordance with global privacy standards.
